2018 SEASON SYAA SOFTBALL PLAYER REGISTRATION
The registration deadline for the 2018 season (for all divisions but Instructional and Metroette) will be January 31, 2018.
The annual Southwest Youth Athletic Association League fundraiser provides scholarships to players in need as well as funding for our non-profit organization. As started last season, instead of the mandatory candy fundraiser, the Southwest Youth Athletic Association board of directors has opted to simply include the $40.00 normally raised per player into the registration fee. Each player will receive 5 discount cards which they can then sell for $10.00 each - thereby giving each player an opportunity to recoup $50.00 which will actually make the player's registration fee go down $10.00.

2018 Registration Fees for Instructional Division (Age 4-6)
NOTE: These are fees based on the 2017 rates. The board of directors has not yet finalized rates for the 2018 season and these rates may be subject to change prior to the opening of the registration period.
• $115.00 Registration Fee
• $5.00 Processing fee for each registered player
2018 Registration Fees for Novice, Miniette, Minorette, and Majorette (Age 7 – 14):
Registering as an individual player:
• $140.00 discounted fee for all registrations prior to December 31, 2017
• $165.00 regular fee for all registrations received after December 31, 2017
• $7.00 Processing fee for each registered player
Registering as a Complete Team

2018 Registration Fees for Metroette (Age 15 – 18):
Registering as a Complete Team (Only Option for Metroette):
Players associated with a complete team will be registered as a team by their managers. Players do not need to individually register.
Registration fee (Before April 15): $1,680.00 + $84.00 processing fee
Refund requests must be submitted in writing to the Board of Directors for consideration. For refund requests received after the league draft, an administrative fee of $25.00 (Instructional $15.00) will be assessed. The $7.00 Processing fee is NON REFUNDABLE. Refund requests must be received by April 30, 2018.
